1. Using the Site
By using enrji.shop you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be 18 or older to place an order.
2. Products and information
We try to keep product details, images and nutrition values accurate. Values shown are approximate; the label on the pack you receive is the authoritative source. Packaging images may differ slightly from the product delivered.
3. Orders and pricing
An order request is not a contract. A contract is formed only when you accept our emailed quote and pay. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, a pin code cannot be served or there is an obvious pricing error.
4. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & delivery policy and returns by our Returns & exchanges policy.
5. Health information
Blog articles and FAQs are general information, not medical advice. Read the caffeine disclaimer before consuming ENRJI.
6. Intellectual property
The ENRJI name, logo, packaging artwork, photographs and website design are the property of their owners and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. The Brand package may be used by press and stockists to refer to ENRJI accurately.
7. Third-party links and ads
The Site shows ads served by Google AdSense and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
