Contains caffeine
Not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women, and caffeine-sensitive individuals.
Keep track of your total
ENRJI's label lists approximately 120 mg of caffeine per 100 g. Caffeine adds up across coffee, tea, colas, energy drinks, pre-workouts and some medicines. The European Food Safety Authority considers up to 400 mg a day, and single doses up to 200 mg, not a safety concern for most healthy adults; for pregnant and breastfeeding women the daily figure is 200 mg.
