How ordering works

ENRJI orders start as an order request from the shop page. We reply by email with the total price (including any delivery charge), the expected delivery date and a payment link. Your order is confirmed only after you accept the quote and payment is received.

Where we deliver

We deliver to serviceable pin codes within India through registered courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable we will tell you before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of payment.
• Metro cities usually receive parcels within 2 to 5 working days of dispatch; other locations can take 4 to 8 working days.
• Public holidays, weather and courier delays can extend these times. We share a tracking link once the parcel leaves.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is shown in the quote before you pay. There are no hidden charges added later.

Heat and packaging

ENRJI is a chocolate-flavoured candy. In hot months we pack orders to reduce heat exposure, but please collect parcels promptly and store the candy in a cool, dry place.

Late or missing parcels

If tracking has not updated for 3 working days, or the parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, email [email protected] with your name and order details. We will raise it with the courier and resend or refund if the parcel is lost.
