Caffeine disclaimer

Read this before your first ENRJI.

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Contains caffeine

Not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women, and caffeine-sensitive individuals.

Keep track of your total

ENRJI's label lists approximately 120 mg of caffeine per 100 g. Caffeine adds up across coffee, tea, colas, energy drinks, pre-workouts and some medicines. The European Food Safety Authority considers up to 400 mg a day, and single doses up to 200 mg, not a safety concern for most healthy adults; for pregnant and breastfeeding women the daily figure is 200 mg.

Who should check with a doctor first

  • People with heart rhythm problems, high blood pressure or anxiety disorders.
  • Anyone taking prescription medicines, as some interact with caffeine.
  • Anyone who has reacted badly to caffeine before.

Do not

  • Give ENRJI to children.
  • Use it to replace sleep over long periods, or to stay awake while driving when you are drowsy. Pull over and rest.
  • Mix large amounts with alcohol.

Sugar

ENRJI is a confectionery product with sugar. Enjoy it as an occasional treat as part of a balanced diet.
